• All work is quote-based. Quotes are typically provided after receiving sufficient vehicle information and job requirements.

• Provide correct information about your vehicle (make/model, year, engine/drivetrain details where relevant, known issues, and usage goals).

• Ensure the vehicle is delivered in a condition suitable for workshop work (clean enough to safely inspect and work on).

• Disclose any previous modifications or issues that may affect installation or performance.

5) Vehicle modifications and roadworthiness

• Vehicle modifications can affect handling, drivability, safety, warranty, and roadworthiness.

• You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle remains compliant with applicable laws and regulations after modifications.

• Results can vary based on vehicle condition, use case, and other factors.

6) Workmanship and warranties

• Any workmanship warranty, product warranty, or return terms will be communicated at the time of quote/invoice and may depend on the product manufacturer’s warranty terms.

• Warranties may be void if the vehicle is misused, not maintained, modified by third parties, or used outside intended purposes.

7) Cancellations and changes

• If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.

• Cancellations may affect deposits or parts ordered specifically for your job.

• Where parts have been ordered, costs may be non-refundable if suppliers do not accept returns.

8) Payments

• Final payment is generally due on completion/collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• DV PRO 4×4 may retain the vehicle until outstanding amounts are paid (where permitted by law).
